For your convenience, Center for Primary Care has five (5) office locations open 8:30 am – 8 pm Monday - Thursday and 8:30 am - 5 pm Friday. CPC-Crossroads is also open on weekends for established CPC patients with acute health care needs that require prompt attention. Click here for more details.
