Founded in 1993, Center For Primary Care, P.C., is owned and operated by our 24 family physicians. Administrative responsibilities are carried out by CPC’s corporate divisions, which include Operations, Human Resources, Billing, Marketing, Information Technology, and Information Systems..

CPC’s corporate office is located on the upper floor of the CPC-Evans building at 363 North Belair Road, Evans, Georgia. Our billing office is located in the CPC building at The Village at Crossroads, 1701 Magnolia Way, Suite 203, in Augusta (off Dyess Parkway between I-20 and Wrightsboro Road).
